The New Zealand School of Food and Wine provides a variety of services for students to support their studies and educational experience.
Graduate Placement Service
The school provides a Graduate Placement Service to all enrolled students. This includes such areas as
- Assistance & advice on CV preparation and interview skills
- Industry placement during studies
- Graduate placement on course completion
- Advice and support in career planning
- Assistance to international interns requiring placements in Auckland
Accommodation Advisory Service
NZSFW will provide students with information and advice about suitable accommodation in Auckland. If you require further assistance and reservations to be made on your behalf a service fee will be charged (see fees section in Enrolment).
Medical and Travel Insurance Service
It is compulsory for all international students to hold an approved policy for your medical and travel requirements when in New Zealand. You may choose to obtain your own policy but this must be accepted and approved by NZSFW prior to arrival or you may use the pre-approved scheme of NZSFW. This scheme is commonly used by many students studying in New Zealand and available for purchase online. Please ask your admissions adviser for further details.
