A practical course for full-time students wanting casual work
Hospitality offers so many job choices from setting up a large dining room for 1000 guests to pouring wine at a special private function; from running coffees in a buzzing café to serving beers at a sports stadium.
Over three sessions, we will practice how to set tables, take orders, open and pour wines and beers, run coffees, use point of sales and eftpos machines and much more.
