Yachting - Introduction to Food & Beverage Service, 1 Day

  • Introduction to the different styles of food service
  • Understand formal table setting, table linens and napkins
  • Identify and understand how to care and store different types of flatware, crockery, glassware/crystal
  • Understand of onboard service etiquette 
  • Understand different dietary requirements including vegetarian, vegan, macro biotic, kosher, allergies
  • Understand the relationship with the chef and interior department
