The Art of Pastry

Working with and making your own pastry is a delicate art - learn the tips and tricks from our chef in this hands-on class with delicious results.

Over two classes you'll discover and create range of pastry types, making wonderful items to take home. You'll be given a recipe workbook with classics you'll make again and again.

Day One: Classic Pastries

  • Sweet & shortcrust pastry
  • Quiche Lorraine
  • Lemon Meringue pie
  • Artichoke and olive flan

Day Two: Specialist Pastries

  • Apple strudel
  • Chocolate Eclairs
  • Patisserie
