Founded by Celia Hay, the New Zealand School of Food and Wine opened its first campus in Christchurch in 1995, Ever since The New Zealand School of Food and Wine has been educating the next generation of baristas, chefs, restaurant & café owners, wine professionals and food lovers.

Come along to our High School Leaver Open Day and get a glimpse in to what makes our school so special.

We are also available by appointment at selected times on weekends or alternatively you can walk in from 3:00 pm for a tour of our campus and kitchens.
