The New Zealand School of Food and Wine abides by the Education (Pastoral Care of International Students) Code of Practice 2016.

This sets out minimum standards of advice and care that you can expect, covering:

 - Course information

 - Enrolment Procedure

 - Orientation

 - Safety and well-being

 - Student support

 - Withdrawal

 - Grievance procedure.

It provides a procedure that you can follow if you have concerns about the treatment you receive from us or an NZSFW registered agent. The New Zealand Qualifications Authority [NZQA] administers the Code.
