Forage North Canterbury was a special day where we picked, foraged, dug, fished, and even shot a host of local foods. The some top chef talent converted this into a fabulous dinner at Pegasus Bay.  Take a look and I am there...casting a rod on the Ashley River mouth...in blue. #nzwine
