Part Time or Short Courses

This procedure is for enrolments in short courses that are less than 12 weeks and not Micro-Credentials. Both International students and Domestic students have the same enrolment procedure and course fees for short courses.

ONLINE ENROLMENT

All of our short courses are open for online registration. Please navigate to the couese page and click on the date you wish to register for. This will open the online enrolment system and you can pay by credit card or bank transfer.

Course FEE PAYMENT

Tuition fees must be fully paid in order to reserve your place in the class and we reccomend students pay their course fees on the day they book. We accept the following payment methods:

Credit card (via our website)
- Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Union Pay Ali Pay, WeChat Pay, Apple Pay
New Zealand Bank transfer
Eftpos/cash at the NZSFW office (Please email us to arrange in advance of the course date)

NZSFW may transfer or cancel any unpaid registrations at our discression.

CONFIRMATION

Following payment of your course fees in full, you will receive email confirmation to the email address provided during registration.

GIFT VOUCHERS

You can purchase gift vouchers for all our short courses. Please email us to arrange.

Please note that Gift vouchers are non refundable and the voucher will expire after two years from the date of purchase.

Refund and Transfer Policy

NZSFW reserves the right in its absolute discretion to modify the fees, organisation, tutors, scheduled time and date and/or structure of any or all of its demonstration or short course programs.

* No refunds are available on registrations that have previously been transfered.
+ Registrations may be transfered a maximum of two times only.

Transfers between Online Interactive and In-Person Classes

Students may request a transfer between an Online Interactive booking and an In-Person booking provided the following conditions are met:

The registration is eligible for transfer as set out above (transfer request has been made within 1 working day of the coruse commencement, and the registration has previously been transfered less than twice); and
The student is prepared to pay a difference in course fees (if applicable).
- NZSFW will refund any difference in course fees (if applicable).

Students Arriving Late

For In-Person classes, students need to be at reception before the scheduled start time to be admitted to our classes.
For Online classes, students need to join the online meeting before the scheduled start time to be admitted to the class.

If you are running late, please get in contact with us so we can discuss the options for you. Students who arrive more than 10 minutes late will not be admitted to the class and will not be eligable for refunds or transfers (reffer to cancelation policy above).

INTERNATIONAL VISITORS AND STUDENTS

If you are visiting New Zealand you may attend all short courses. A student visa is only required for courses of three months or more.
