Mocktail & Bartending

Knowledge and practical skills for working in bars and restaurants. Unit standard: 28145 Level 2, Credits 2

Introduction

Over three sessions, you will learn the principles of mixing beverages and how to prepare and serve a selection of classic mocktails in our training restaurant/bar.

This course also includes a restaurant service workshop where you will learn how to set tables, interact with customers, take orders and present food and drinks.

Mocktail Recipes include -

Kiwi Mojito
Fruit Sunrise
Virgin Piña Colada
Spicy Appletini mocktail
Island paradise

A certificate of attendance will be awarded at the completion of this course.

This school holiday programme has a different refund and cancelation policy compared to our other short courses. This is because the programmes are designed to be booked through your high school careers department and there are additional NZQA registration requirements.

Late to class by more than 10 minutes. Students who miss the first day cannot attend the subsequent days.	No refund	No Transfer Available

* No refunds are available on registrations that have previously been transfered.
