A busy night of styling ingredients and snapping photos over a 5 course meal for that #instagram moment. A great talk by Brigid DiMattina with tips and info on how to make your mark. Thanks to our past student Joey from @joeydoesfood for his insights into #instagram world. 
The #foodographynz dinner was enjoyed with Kumeu River Winery Pinot Gris and Giesen Wines spectacular Clayvin Pinot Noir 2014.

Here are some highlights with the winning dish of the saffron pannecotta with mandarin #nzfood #eatnz #auckland
