Introduction

Our Cafe Attendant course will help you discover how cafés and restaurants work. You will learn how to set up, take orders and develop exceptional customer service skills.

These skills can help you find a part time job in a cafe.

Cafe Service

The course will cover the following -

The presentation is Ideal for Hospitality Service People. We will teach you how to groom and present yourself.
The casual dining customer procedure
Identify customer's needs according to their culture & background.
Exceptional customer service skills
Dealing with customer complaints

A certificate of attendance will be awarded at the completion of this course.

School Holiday Cancelation Policy

This school holiday programme has a different refund and cancelation policy compared to our other short courses. This is because the programmes are designed to be booked through your high school careers department and there are additional NZQA registration requirements.

Late to class by more than 10 minutes. Students who miss the first day cannot attend the subsequent days.	No refund	No Transfer Available

* No refunds are available on registrations that have previously been transfered.
+ Registrations may be transfered a maximum of two times only.
